Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

For Cyprus

If the products you ordered are not available we will notify the customer. We are not responsible for any delay or any of our commitments if the delay or the failure of delivery is a result of situations out of our plausible control.

You have to choose:

  • Pick up your order from our stores in Nicosia (free)
  • Pick up your order from our store in Larnaca (free)
  • Pick up your order from Akis Express near you (€2.00 VAT included)
  • Home delivery (€4.50 VAT included)

For Abroad

Packages are generally dispatched within 1 day after receipt of payment and are shipped via EMS Data Post. Expected delivery 5-7 days wordwide.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Returns Policy

In the case that you are not completely happy with any of our products you have the following options :

  1. Visit  your  nearest King of Toys store and exchange it with any other product, request  for a refund or  a credit note . 
  2. Return product to our main offices address by register post. To view our main office address.  The product must be sent  together with the delivery  and return note, found in the packaging, in order to inform us why you wish to return it.

Any overdue or refund amount can be settled though your card . Contact us and let us know of this case and we will arrange for your refund.

Provided that is not our fault, posting expenses for returning the product are paid by the customer.

For both cases the product must be returned  to us not  later than 14 days from the receipt day  and must be with all of the barcode  tags intact , in their original packaging, and in good condition . Also presence  of the purchasing receipt is necessary .

Please note that in the interest of hygiene we do not exchange or refund pierced  jewellery , underwear , socks,  stockings  or swimwear, if these have been removed  from  their original packing .

Please note that the product is your responsibility until it reaches our main offices.
