Rates and Deals
All prices on the website are final. The delivery of all our products is done by courier. Product prices are subject to change without notice. Buyers will pay the price of the product in force at the time of purchase. The prices on the website may be different from the store.
Orders
When you place an order you can pay the amount of the order through various payment systems on our Checkout page. This amount represents only the order that is placed, including a shipping fee based on your choice of delivery, via the payment system of your choice by using your Credit or Debit Card. When you use this online payment method, a market brand under the name “www.kingoftoys.com.cy” will appear in your bank account. Contact us for other payment methods.
Coupons and Discounts
When you use a coupon for discount at checkout:
1. Coupons deduct a discount (either in percentage or specific amount) only on products that are not already on Sale. If you place more than one product on your cart and one of the products is on Sale, this product will not be calculated for discount from the coupon.
2. Coupons may include an expiration date. It is advised to used the coupon before its expired date. The expired date of the coupon can be found on the email you received either with your order or when a specific promotional discount email was sent to you.

Orders will be delivered within 1-4 working days from the date of purchase. If the goods ordered are not available, we will notify the customer. We are not responsible for any delay or any of our obligations if the delay or failure delivery is the result of out of our control plausible.
Cancellation / Return Policy
Our clients have all the rights stated in the Act Consumer Rights. Requests for refunds or cancellations sent via E-Mail. At the customer’s request shall state the reason for the claim. We reserve the right not to accept the client’s request, if the reason for the complaint is deemed unreasonable.
Replacement of purchased goods and cancellation
The buyer has the right to replace the goods purchased by him / herself. In this case all the shipping cost and any difference between the old and new products paid by the buyer.
